Elliot has been coaching me since about 7 months postpartum and the change in my fitness has been incredible. I’ve gone from barely getting through a 5k in over 40 minute to completing Stafford 10k in 1hr 1 minute. He’s consistent with putting together a plan, providing me feedback to my runs and what’s going well and what we need to work on and keeps me motivated. He’s also not been phased when life, kids and sickness has got in the way and amended my plan whilst still pushing me forward
